Rose Langhals is
an active working owner at Bridgeway. She has a Bachelors degree in Business with a
minor in Accounting. Her first hand experience leading operations
for a corrugated box manufacturer gives her an advantage in production
management orders. She’s also the recruiter our team
goes to when one of our food industry clients has an order to fill. With
her background as a Controller, she is also most likely to work any
finance or accounting related orders. Prior to Bridgeway, Rose
served as a Controller for a staffing agency here in NW Ohio.
Amy Recker is the
other working owner. She
and Rose originally knew each other from high school. When
they ended up working together in the recruitment business 16 years
later, they decided to venture into business ownership on their own. Up
to that point Amy had spent 10 years in banking. She holds
a Bachelors degree in HR, and over 12 years of recruiting experience
from her former HR career. She enjoys the diversity of working
across multiple job disciplines, especially engineering, supply chain
and marketing.
Mindy Gillen has
been with Bridgeway since 2006. She holds an Associates Degree in Business. She
began first in an administrative role but was quickly promoted into
a Senior Recruiter role. Mindy came to Bridgeway with over
13 years working for a Spherion franchise here in the region, so
she’s well versed in qualifying and presenting candidates. She
specializes in service related industries, accounting orders and
she also handles HR searches. Mindy also devotes much
of her time to SPLIT orders.
Kim Hemker recently relocated back to the Lima area. She brings valuable recruitment experience from a former position with the Technical Division of Time Services, as well as her most recent job with Ray and Barney Group. She worked with their Columbus based recruitment and consulting firm for the past 2 years. Her credentials include a Bachelor degree in HR Management from The University of Findlay. We welcome her to the Bridgeway team and look for her to establish many long lasting relationships with our manufacturing clients.
Kristen Riffleis the newest addition to the Bridgeway team. She is a native of the Lima area, and has Associates degrees in both Business Administration and Marketing. She spent 3 years with a local physical therapy group doing scheduling, billing and recruiting. Was most recently working in the customer service division of Reynolds & Reynolds. Kristen oversees the candidate information in the agency’s database and as she handles the majority of our outbound phone calls, she is typically the candidate’s first link to a recruiter. She does a stellar job at representing Bridgeway.
